My laboratory focuses on the identification and  characterisaion of  novel Ubiquitin-mediated mechanisms in cell growth/proliferation and metabolic pathways. We are particularly interested in defining the biochemical properties and cellular functions of OTU deubiquitylases and HECT E3 ubiquitin ligases in normal and disease states
